Class Sign-Ups Close in Advance
- For Pole & Aerial Silks, registration closes 6 hours before class.
- For Yoga, registration closes 3 hours before class.
It is the student’s responsibility to cancel if they cannot attend, before the cut-off time, via their online account.
No-Shows or late cancellations result in loss of the class credit; all sales are final.

All class purchases, packages, workshops, and special event bookings are non-refundable (All Sales Are FINAL).
Regular class passes expire 30 days from the date of purchase (or, if applicable, 30–60 days depending on package).
Unlimited/monthly packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
Students must use purchased classes before expiration; no credit or extension is given after the expiration date.

If a class is canceled by Pure Gravity Fitness due to weather, low enrollment, or instructor unavailability, the class will be credited back to your account automatically.
Instructors may offer makeup classes at their discretion — not guaranteed for every missed class.

You must be 18 years or older to participate (minors require parental release).
PGF reserves the right to change the schedule, cancel classes with fewer than 2 registered students, or make other adjustments. Affected students will be notified and classes credited with no penalty.
All private lessons, party deposits, and studio rentals are non-refundable. Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24‑hour notice.
Attire: No nudity. Wear proper athletic attire (shorts, leggings, tank tops, sports bras). Street shoes are not permitted.
PGF reserves the right to ask a student to leave for violation of dress code or other policies.
Late Arrival: In pole or aerial classes, arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in being denied participation. Class purchase remains non-refundable.
